Your business data is yours
You’re trusting us with your brand and your customers’ attention. Here’s exactly how we handle your data — in plain language, with no surprises. The short version: your data is isolated, encrypted, and never sold, AI sees only what’s needed to make your content, and nothing posts without your approval.
Nothing publishes without you
By default, every post waits in your Review queue — nothing goes live until you approve it. Drafts are always yours to edit, reject, or delete first. You decide how much the AI does on its own, and you can dial it back anytime in Settings → Autonomy.
Where your data lives
Your content, brand profile, media, and analytics are stored in a managed Postgres database and object storage (Supabase). Every account is isolated at the database level with row-level security — one business can never see another business’s data.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic to and from the app runs over HTTPS/TLS. Your stored data and files are encrypted at rest by our infrastructure provider. Integration keys live in secured environment configuration — never stored alongside your business data.
The AI we use, and what we send it
Two providers do the AI work: Anthropic (Claude) writes your captions and posts, screens content for safety, and describes images you add to your media library; fal.ai generates images and removes logo backgrounds. We send only what’s needed — your prompt and brand details, or the specific image. We don’t sell your data. See each provider’s terms for how they handle data sent through their API.
Your uploads stay yours
Photos and videos you upload go into your own private storage and are used only to create your content. We auto-tag images so you can find and reuse them — that’s the only automated processing. We never repurpose your files for anyone else.
Brand safety built in
Every generated post runs through an automated moderation check before it can be scheduled. Anything flagged is held for your review — it is never auto-published by surprise.
Delete anything, anytime
Delete or archive any post — deleting one also removes its generated image from storage. Remove any item from your media library. Close your account and your business data is removed. Your data is never locked in.
